The experience is complemented by unlimited consumption of selected wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Advance reservation is a necessity due to high demand.

Mlýnec Restaurant, Prague (2): Lunch Menu
Mlýnec Restaurant is my favorite Prague establishment with an incredible view of the Charles Bridge. This time, too, I tried their lunch menu. A generous portion of foie gras with figs and a port wine emulsion was served as a starter. The main course consisted of juicy veal tenderloin complemented by polenta and mushroom sauce. The conclusion belonged to an excellent carrot cake with sea buckthorn sorbet.

Mlýnec Restaurant, Prague: Lunch Menu
Mlýnec Restaurant is my favorite establishment in the center of Prague. As part of their lunch menu, I chose a strong beef broth, which reliably warms you up in winter. A juicy quail roulade with delicate pearl barley risotto was served as the main course. A sweet dessert at the end pleasantly concluded the whole visit.
