A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form or Contacting via Email
If you inquire about my services or products, I will work with the contact details you provide me via email or the contact form. These include: your first name, last name, email address, IP address, and possibly information about the requested service/product.
For what reason?
I will contact you using this information to further discuss my services or products.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiation of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
How long will I process the personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, your data will be processed for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase of Services/Products
If you purchase services or goods from me, I will work with the data you provide during the transaction. These are primarily billing details such as your first name, last name, address, email, and IP address.
For what reason?
I need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the ordered services or goods. Through the contact details, I will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your queries.
Furthermore, I will process personal data to fulfill obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis will I process the personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – fulfillment of my legal obligations.
How long will I process the personal data?
For the duration of providing my service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you have subscribed to the newsletter, I will use your email address to send newsletters.
On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services (Czech act), allows me to do so.
How Long Will I Process Personal Data?
10 years from your last transaction. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact me at the contact email provided at the beginning of this document.
II. Who Will Have Access to the Data?
Your data will remain with me. However, some companies or other individuals who assist me with the operation of the website may have access to the data. These include:

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that I am not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take your claims to court.
