I process some personal data for the provision of my services and the operation of the website.

The processing of personal data is particularly governed by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

I. Processing of Personal Data

A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form or Contact via Email

If you request my services or products, I will work with your contact details that you provide via email or the contact form. These include: name, surname, email address, IP address, and possibly information about the requested service/product.

For what reason?
I will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding my services or goods.

On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will I process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, I will process your data for no longer than 10 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase of Services/Goods

If you purchase services or goods from me, I will work with the data that you provide during the transaction. These are mainly billing details such as name, surname, address, or email, IP address.

For what reason?
I need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the ordered services or goods. I will also communicate with you through contact details regarding the status of your order, as well as any complaints or inquiries.

I will also process personal data to fulfill the obligations imposed on me by law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).

On what legal basis will I process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will I process personal data?
For the duration of providing my service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, I will use your email address to send newsletters.

On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, allows me to do so if you have not prohibited it at the time of purchase.

How long will I process personal data?
10 years from your last transaction. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or contact me at the contact email mentioned at the beginning of this document.

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with me. Nevertheless, some companies or individuals who help me with the operation of the website will have access to the data. These include:

I process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

V. Your Rights in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact me and request information on what personal data I process, to request access to these data and to have them updated or corrected, or to request a restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, in certain situations, you can ask me to delete personal data and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. An objection can be raised against processing based on a legitimate interest.

If you believe that I am not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
