Pizzeria da Michele, Sorrento
Da Michele is a small pizzeria specializing more in delivery, but there are a few tables in front of the restaurant where you can eat pizza on the spot. When ordering, you have the opportunity to watch the staff making one pizza after another, working like a well-oiled machine, their pace was incredible. We tried a pizza with sausage, eggplant, and basil for 7 EUR and enjoyed it tremendously.
Pizzeria da Michele is located outside the center of Sorrento, so you will mainly meet locals at the plastic tables. You certainly won't spend several hours here, but you will enjoy the pizza to the fullest, and if you are satisfied and praise the pizza inside, the staff will be delighted with the feedback from a tourist, who is not a very frequent guest here.
And you will have enough energy again to explore the picturesque alleys of Sorrento.

Truly wonderful pizza, nice and cozy with just a handful of tables outside. As authentic as it gets, just a short walk from the crowd at city center. We’re here for a month, and this is our go to pizzeria! Try it, it won’t disappoint!
