Rivella: The Whey Soda from Switzerland

The Swiss took a liquid that cheese dairies once poured away as waste, turned it into a soda and promoted it to national drink. Rivella grew out of a whey beer recipe that flopped in America; it found its name in a railway timetable; and the colors on its labels aren't flavors but codes. In Basel I tried the blue one - the sugar-free version.
