The kitchen is commanded by young talent Daniel Bureš, who cannot deny the discipline of an MMA fighter nor the creativity from Hell's Kitchen. Forget the Indian dishes that were at home here for years. Bureš has turned the helm towards "modern Slavic cuisine".
Service under the direction of Marek Všelicha is relaxed but highly professional and supports the concept of sharing food in the middle of the table.

During my February visit, I tasted goose kaldoun with root vegetables; for the main course, I chose goose breast and confit leg with truffle stuffing, and the sweet ending was chocolate mousse with fruit.
