V Zátiší Restaurant is my favorite establishment in the center of Prague offering a lunch menu. During my February visit, I tasted goose kaldoun with root vegetables; for the main course, I chose goose breast and confit leg with truffle stuffing, and the sweet ending was chocolate mousse with fruit.
Mlýnec Restaurant is a renowned establishment in the center of Prague with a direct view of the Charles Bridge. The local cuisine attracts with a permanent offer as well as a regularly changing lunch menu. During my January visit, I was delighted by the juicy pulled beef brisket croquette with pickled vegetables and the grilled zander served with exotic mint quinoa.
