A review of Shrimii Kitchen, a family-run restaurant in Prague built around modern Asian cooking. The lunch menu delivered a soup with soba noodles in sake kombu broth and braised beef neck with Vietnamese pepper and pineapple, while the regular menu offered the Ulan Bato Noodle and the Bangkok Red Curry with a beef tenderloin steak. Corrugated iron, red lanterns and tables built on bottle crates: the ramen shop BON Fresh Ramen & Soba has built a Japanese alley in Prague's Anděl and serves ramen made with noodles it rolls by hand every day. The menu runs from chicken karaage through tonkotsu and spicy tantanmen to mochi with matcha and yuzu lemonade.

El Camino Tapas Restaurant on Prague's Jagellonská Street serves Spanish tapas with a chef's signature. It was founded by David Böhm, who had spent eleven years in Mariánské Lázně running the first tapas restaurant in Czechia.
